Defunct my foot. I've repeatedly posted at the main blog that I intend to reorganize the site and that this part of the site is temporarily on the back burner. It has in fact been on the back burner since it was started.
If you have any suggestions as to how I could keep this additional plate in the air (other than e.g. go-soak-your-head), I would be happy to hear them.

Just another example of unjustified NRC interference and overregulation. Why can't the NRC employees reassign themselves?
